About EcoExpeditions
EcoExpeditions specialize in trekking trips but also offer climbing- and
biking trips in addition to guided tours by car. We will provide high

We provide trips with Norwegian or local English

We have spent the last ten years traveling the globe and have carefully
chosen reliable local operators that will provide excellent service at
unbeatable prices. Our web-site currently include Nepal, Pakistan, and East
Africa but we also offer trips to Central Asia, Bolivia, Peru, Chile and Argentina.
Information about these trips can be provided on request. Included in our program are the classic treks like Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit and K2 Base Camp. In addition we offer everything from easy four day treks
to four week expedition style treks and climbs.
EcoExpeditions promote eco-tourism.
There are many definitions of eco-tourism but we put emphasis on the
following:
- Travel in small groups to minimize environmental
and social impact.
- Use of kerosene for cooking.
- Buy services and supplies locally.
- A percentage of our profit will go to support local environmental and social programs.
- Leave all campsites cleaner than when we arrived.
